Information about accommodation:
We can now provide some information about accommodation. We have arranged a group discount for participants in the aikido seminar at Linneaplatsens Hotell (http://www.linneplatsensvandrarhem.se/sv/hem/).
Booking:
It is easiest to book via mail (info@boilinne.se) If you say you are booking for the seminar and give Ki-aikido sällskap Göteborg as a reference the prices given below apply.
Please supply your name, phone number, email address, the type of room you require and for how many people.
Each person (or the person who will book/pay for the room) must give credit or debit card details. Note that each room (and not a bed in a room) should be paid on arrival.
Cancellation fees are as follows: Cancellation is free of charge if made 21 days in advance for group rooms and 14 days in advance for double rooms. Thereafter a charge of 50% will be made for each cancelled room. Cancellations made with two days or less notice will be charged at 100%.
It is also possible to sleep in the dojo at a cost of 75 SEK per night per person.
Please note that there are no matrasses in the dojo so sleeping bags and some type of mattress should be brought with.

Saturday evening!
We will all join together for a meal att the Dojo on Saturday evening. There will be time for sauna and relaxation after training, as well as some extra hands for setting tables and chairs together 🙂
We need reply by TUESDAY march 3 if you want to join for the dinner. Please also specify if you need vegan alternative or have any food allergies. We will not be able to cater for all food allergies, but will do our best :-).
